Originally established as a technical real estate studio in the early 1970s, the firm later consolidated into a full-service real estate agency.

Avelino Morandin officially began his career as a real estate agent in 1986, building on early experience gained through the family business. Having become a partner and managing director in 1987, he fully acquired the company in 1994, leading it uccessfully to this day.

Leveraging decades of market experience and strong direct ties with his brothers’ construction business—having managed sales for numerous housing complexes in Treviso and the surrounding province—Agenzia Aurora provides clients with complete peace of mind, particularly when purchasing off-plan or under-construction properties.

Additionally, Agenzia Aurora offers strategic sales marketing for large-scale real estate developments. We cover 360 degrees of the real estate market, managing sales and rentals of residential, commercial, office, artisanal, industrial, and agricultural properties and land. Our portfolio includes properties in Treviso’s historic center, the immediate outer suburbs, surrounding municipalities, and premier seaside and mountain resorts, notably Jesolo Lido and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Although Agenzia Aurora recently relocated its main office from the historic Porta Frà Giocondo site in the city center to Silea (adjacent to the historic Caffetteria Centrale), central Treviso, the immediate outer walls, and the surrounding residential areas remain core focus zones for our clients—while continuing to serve Silea and neighboring districts.
